Honest self-assessment
Start with what is true—not with shame, fantasy, or someone else’s plan.
Fitness and health coaching grounded in the wisdom of recovery
A 12-week strength and health accelerator for adults 35–55 who are ready to build strength, manage weight, and age well—with honesty, structure, and support.
A different starting point
Most health plans begin by asking you to control yourself harder. Redeeming the Body begins with something more durable: tell the truth, accept help, and take the next right action.
Recovery has taught millions of people how lasting change actually happens—not through perfect motivation, but through honest self-assessment, supportive environments, boundaries, community, and repeated practice. We apply that wisdom to your physical health.
Recovery principles for physical health
These are not slogans. They are the operating system for your training, nutrition, and decisions throughout the twelve weeks.
Start with what is true—not with shame, fantasy, or someone else’s plan.
Build a body through today’s choices instead of being overwhelmed by the whole journey.
Shape your surroundings so that better choices become the easier choices.
Protect the time, energy, and relationships your health requires.
Let yourself be seen, supported, and steadily called forward.
Trust the ordinary actions that become extraordinary when repeated.
Replace punishment and neglect with care, strength, nourishment, and rest.
Choose consistent movement over the all-or-nothing cycle.
Build health that expands your capacity to show up for what matters.
Stop attempting the same change alone. Coaching is a form of wise support.
The work
Weekly reflection, honest feedback, practical boundaries, and support that helps you follow through.
A clear, flexible approach to food built around your real life—not restriction, punishment, or perfection.
Progressive, personalized training that makes you stronger, more capable, and confident in your body.
How it begins
In your first seven days, we turn your starting point into a plan you can actually live.
Movement, goals, history, patterns, capacity, and current routines.
Your personalized gym or home training plan inside Trainerize.
Nutrition, trigger foods, steps, sleep, hydration, social support, and spiritual practice.
A clear onboarding conversation and your first week of purposeful action.
What you receive
A movement assessment and progressive gym or home program, delivered in Trainerize and adapted as you develop.
A consistent rhythm for reviewing wins, obstacles, data, and the next right action—with in-app support between them.
Four focused calls: 30 minutes in week 1, 15 minutes in weeks 3 and 6, and a 45-minute integration call in week 10.
When a situation threatens your progress, you can request a short support call before a difficult moment becomes a lost month.
Your coach
A trainer, nutrition coach, and fellow practitioner of change.
I believe physical health can become an expression of the life you are working to build—not another arena for shame, chaos, or self-punishment.
My work brings professional fitness coaching together with the hard-won wisdom of recovery: tell the truth, practice daily, stay connected, and accept help.

Questions
No. The program is for adults who connect with the practical wisdom of recovery—honesty, daily action, boundaries, accountability, and accepting help. You do not need a recovery identity.
No. Redeeming the Body is fitness and health coaching. It does not diagnose or treat addiction, mental-health conditions, or eating disorders, and it is not a replacement for medical care or therapy.
No. Your training plan can be built for a gym or for home, based on your equipment, experience, movement assessment, and goals.
Not necessarily. Nutrition coaching begins with honest observation and practical habits. We choose the level of tracking that genuinely serves you.
That is part of the work. We adapt the plan, learn from the disruption, and return to the next useful action—without turning one hard week into abandonment.
One day at a time
You do not have to figure out the whole journey today. Let’s talk about where you are, what you want, and whether this is the right next step.
